Affirmations

I am just so-so thankful to my Heavenly Father for not only hearing my prayers, but for answering my prayers. I know I am not perfect, but I am trying my hardest to do what is right and I know that He knows that. The past few weeks there have been a few night where I have fallen to my knees in prayer in tears asking Him to guide me, and He did. And now I just have to have complete faith in the path He has set before me.
I was writting down positive affirmations last night because...thats what my health and wellness coach asked me to do, well indirectly. She told me to tell myself over and over again "I am safe, I am in control"...well, I felt impressed to start writting it down. I didn't add this to this blog post at first, becuase I didn't know if Jo would be okay with me blogging about her...but ofcourse she is! I am just grateful she is there to help me, and she is not only helping me with my health and wellness goals, she is giving me confidence in so many area's in my life. And I hope I can do that with the people I am now coaching with their health and wellness.
Anyways, I want to share what I wrote last night...how it started and where it went to easily...it just flowed...

It doesn't change the past, but I'm okay with that :)

"I am safe, I am in control! I am safe, I am in control! I am safe, I am in control! I am safe, I am in control! I am safe, I am in control! I am safe, I am in control!  I forgive myself, I'm moving on. I forgive myself, I'm moving on. I forgive myself, I'm moving on. I forgive myself, I forgive you...because Christ paid the price. I accept Christ into my heart 100% and by doing that all ill feelings will fall away. They are falling away piece by piece as I write and as I write I open my heart to Christ. I now wipe my hands clean of the past...its a new day and I choose to focus on the present and the future instead of the past."

I am not going to share with you who I was talking about above, it doesn't matter...just someone from my past, and it's in the past now.

I am so thankful for the Atonement...so, so thankful.
