Meditation

My intentions of meditation.
Morning Meditation : Becoming Steadfast and Immovable
Night Meditation: Serenity; Finding/Focusing on Self-Love and Self-Acceptance...learning to set aside all anxiety.

I am way super excited for a new chapter of my life, and I know that meditation, scripture study, and communication with my Creator is the way to achieve all I desire to achieve.

For the first time....I cannot wait till 6:30am comes!!!

  1. Recently I have been studying Mosiah 23:26-29 and finding it has some great things in it about what to do when frightened. I think it applies to when we are feeling lots of anxiety too.
    1)Remember the Lord, that He will deliver us.
    2)Hushing our fears. (Fighting back and squelching them and refusing to give them encouragement)
    3)Crying to the Lord that He will soften the hearts of our enemies (or soften our trials)
    4)Delivering ourselves up (facing our fears)

  2. That is a great scripture! And, I definatly need to remember those steps to help overcome fear. I can honestly say the thing I need to work on most is fear. Thank you!
